  • Track delivery progress against scope, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring visibility and early identification of risks
  • Oversee invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate billing aligned with agreed scope
  • Monitor receivables on a weekly basis, ensuring overdue accounts are escalated and followed up systematically
  • Maintain financial oversight including cost tracking, expense attribution, accrual support, and margin visibility
  • Support structured month-end closing processes and reporting discipline
  • Ensure operational systems (project boards, repositories, and internal tools) accurately reflect real-time delivery status
  • Produce and enforce weekly reporting, scorecards, and accountability frameworks
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks across financial, operational, delivery, and legal areas
  • Maintain a structured risk register and ensure proactive mitigation tracking
  • Support capacity planning, resource alignment, and forward-looking forecasting to prevent bottlenecks and revenue risk
Exclusions from the Role:

This position does not include:
  • Client relationship management or client-facing account ownership
  • Proposal closing or sales responsibility
  • Strategic business direction setting
  • Execution of SEO or delivery production work
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, financially literate, and process-driven, with strong experience working in fast-paced operational environments.

They will be confident enforcing structure and standards, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability across all operational workflows.
