- Prepare statutory financial reports in line with IFRS
- Coordinate financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with actuarial teams to incorporate technical inputs
- Manage tax calculations and submissions
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors
- Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and substantiation
- Support governance committees and reporting processes
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or pursuing a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA)
- Experience in financial reporting and control (insurance is an advantage)
- Knowledge of IFRS (IFRS 17 is a strong plus)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good Excel and reporting skills
