A company in the iGaming industry is looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance Manager.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Regulatory Compliance function across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee regulatory compliance for Sportsbook and Casino operations, ensuring adherence to licensing requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and control frameworks.
- Monitor regulatory changes and manage licence applications, renewals, and change processes.
- Act as the primary contact for regulators and external stakeholders.
- Oversee regulatory reporting, audits, and remediation plans.
- Support integrity monitoring and escalate relevant issues to appropriate bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
- Support new market entry by analysing regulatory requirements.
Requirements: - 3+ years’ experience in iGaming or sports betting regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience leading compliance teams.
- Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with licensing, audits, and regulatory change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercially aware with a risk-based approach to compliance.
