I am currently working with a well established business in Malta that is looking to hire a Head of Client Accounting to join their growing team. This role will take ownership of the client accounting function, managing and developing a team while ensuring high quality service delivery across a portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate will come from a financial services or corporate services background, with strong technical knowledge and proven experience leading teams.

• Salary up to €65,000 + Benefits.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the client accounting team
• Oversee the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
