I am currently supporting a growing international iGaming business with the search for a Head of FP&A to join their Malta team. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a fast paced environment, working closely with the CFO and Executive team to drive financial strategy, planning, and performance across the organisation.

Role Responsibilities

• • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning processes
• • Partner with senior leadership and the Board to support strategic decision making
• • Develop and maintain advanced financial models, scenario planning, and risk analysis
• • Lead monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and executive dashboards
• • Deliver clear financial insights and recommendations across business performance
• • Identify trends, risks, growth opportunities, and cost optimisation initiatives
• • Drive process improvements, automation, and finance system enhancements
• • Support the evolution of a scalable and forward looking finance function

  
Candidate Profile

• • Strong experience within FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Financial Planning
• • Advanced financial modelling and forecasting experience
• • Experience operating within a complex or fast paced business environment
• • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior decision making
• • Proactive and hands on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
