Our client an innovative Risk Management Platform offering innovating tools and adjusting AI into the Business Risk processes, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to add value to their further international business growth.

The company offers innovative Risk management tools, BI and data analytics with AI integration. They have already a strong established product and client portfolio and they are looking to expand further locally and internationally. 
 
If you have strong and proven Business Development or Sales experience in relevant industries such as Risk, Compliance, IT solutions to financial businesses, Payments or Acquiring industry and looking to change direction, then this role might be for you. The successful candidate will be able to build a strong network of business clients and must be able to work responsibly from Cyprus or remote. 


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Developing relationships with new B2B clients using risk and dealing tools.
  • Searching actively for new business potential and using means to start a new business relationship
  • Attending international conferences, exhibitions, forums, and seminars, whilst representing the company with professionalism and care
  • Conducting online and offline presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Preparing business offers and discussing them with clients
  • Demonstrating to clients the company's solutions and offering advice
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
 

Skills and experience needed:
  • 4+ years experience in sales or business development in SaaS, B2B ( risk management, fintech, banking, payments, or related industry)
  • Experience in channel partnerships would be an advantage
  • Experience in dealing rooms of CFD brokers or other industry trading floors would be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in lead generation tools and processing
  • Ability to identify opportunities for further business development
  • Strong ability to nurture and create business relationships of trust
  • Strong problem solver with good understanding of client needs
  • Excellent English is required
  • Other fluent languages will be considered a plus
