We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team as we continue our expansion plans with the launch of the Boston Link and Link Talent brands. Join a fun, diverse team of incredible recruiters connecting talent while doing their bit for society.
  
This role will suit an individual who is focused on progressing their career in recruitment. We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated the ability to evolve and stay on top within their market, embracing and embedding new technologies into their work. While we are a certified flexible employer, we also value the personal interactions that come from working together so you’ll need to be comfortable in a hybrid working model.
  
Responsibilities:

• Nurture and grow the Boston Link client base , with an emphasis on iGaming, and (Fin)tech
• Take hands-on responsibility for managing 360 degree recruitment processes
• Develop candidate sourcing channels and oversee database management
• Negotiating contractual terms and job offers
• Attend industry events and conferences
