Oiur client is looking for a results-driven and proactive Business Development Manager to drive company growth by acquiring new merchants and strategic partners. You will be responsible for expanding the company's global network, building key relationships, and promoting their innovative payment orchestration platform to businesses across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire new merchants, payment providers (PSPs), and strategic partners
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients in fintech, eCommerce, crypto, iGaming, and high-risk sectors
- Present the company's payment orchestration solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct sales demonstrations and clearly articulate platform capabilities, including smart routing, PSP integrations, analytics, and optimization tools
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close B2B deals
- Collaborate closely with onboarding, compliance, and technical teams to ensure smooth client integration
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging payment technologies
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to generate new leads
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM reporting
Requirements - Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within fintech, payments, PSPs, SaaS, crypto payments, or iGaming
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, acquiring, payment orchestration, and transaction flows
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage international clients and build strategic partnerships
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Knowledge of PCI DSS, AML/KYC, or payment compliance requirements
- Experience working with global merchants or cross-border payment solutions
