Boston Link is partnering with a leading international aviation and logistics firm to recruit a Finance Manager for their Malta operation. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and team leadership within a fast paced international environment.
  
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Oversee cash flow, payables, receivables, taxation, and financial controls.
• Deliver strategic financial insights to Senior Management and Head Office.
• Manage audits, compliance, and reporting across local and Group entities.
• Lead and develop the finance team whilst driving process improvements and automation.
  
Requirements:
• ACCA qualified or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 + years’ experience within a similar finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, reporting, consolidation, and taxation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
• Aviation or regulated industry experience would be considered an asset.
