Finance Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Own month end, reporting, and consolidated accounts
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and oversee reconciliations
- Lead audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage and develop junior team members
- Drive controls, processes, and improvements
 
Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA)
- 3+ years senior accounting or audit experience
- Strong attention to detail and controls focus
