This is a fast paced and high exposure role requiring someone proactive, highly organised, discreet, and capable of operating confidently within an international corporate and private environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chairman, Chief of Staff, and wider support teams to ensure the smooth coordination of business activities, travel, and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a complex and ever changing calendar across multiple time zones
• Coordinate business and personal commitments seamlessly and efficiently
• Prioritise meetings, appointments, and scheduling requirements in a fast moving environment
• Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for the Chairman
• Handle high volumes of email correspondence and draft communications on behalf of the Chairman
• Organise international travel arrangements including flights, visas, accommodation, itineraries, and private travel requirements
• Coordinate social engagements, memberships, charitable activities, and personal appointments
• Process personal and business expenses in a timely manner
• Liaise with senior stakeholders, UHNW individuals, external partners, and internal teams professionally and discreetly
• Work closely with finance, operations, and household support teams to ensure smooth day to day coordination
• Provide occasional out of hours support and flexibility when required
• Travel occasionally if needed
Requirements • 8 to 10 years of experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Chairman, or UHNW individual
• Previous experience within investment firms, family offices, financial services, or similar high level corporate environments is highly preferred
• Strong experience managing complex schedules and international travel logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and general business systems
