Our client is a fast-growing, regulated fintech company specializing in advanced payment technologies and financial infrastructure solutions. The company provides comprehensive payment services to PSPs, EMIs, and businesses across Europe and beyond, with a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and operational excellence.
 
 
They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join the Treasury Department. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting daily liquidity operations, payment reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and financial controls in a dynamic fintech environment. You will contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of treasury operations while helping scale the company's financial infrastructure.
 
The role will be remote at first and hybrid in their new Limassol Office
 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily cash flow and maintain optimal liquidity levels
  • Support cash flow management and liquidity forecasting
  • Assist in the preparation of treasury and financial reports
  • Perform daily reconciliations of payment transactions and bank statements
  • Identify and promptly resolve discrepancies in financial data
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations
  • Support the finance team in day-to-day treasury and financial operations
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and workflows
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of treasury operations, cash flow management, and financial reconciliation processes
  • Experience working with banking systems, payment platforms, or financial data
  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and financial reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in fintech, payments, EMI, PSP, or banking environments
