About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Recruiter to join the HR team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions, partner with hiring managers across the organization, and help attract top talent in a competitive fintech market.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using various channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and support offer negotiations
- Track recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve hiring efficiency
Requirements - Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Previous recruitment experience in the fintech industry is highly preferred
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and high level of organization
- Experience with modern recruitment tools and platforms
