A well established company is looking to hire a Human Resources Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and termination processes.
- Coordinate work permit applications, contracts, inductions, and probation reviews.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Liaise with payroll and relevant authorities regarding employee matters.
- Support performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with employee relations matters.
Requirements: - Minimum A’ Level standard of education.
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR role.
- Knowledge of Maltese employment law and local HR processes.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
