About the Role We are looking for a motivated and technically capable
Trading Platform Support specialist to join our technical support team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of trading platforms by monitoring critical infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and providing high-quality Level 1 support to users.
Key Responsibilities - Monitor IT infrastructure, servers, network nodes, and critical trading services
- Troubleshoot issues in Windows Server environments, MetaTrader 5 trading servers, and the company's proprietary trading systems
- Provide Level 1 technical support to internal users and partners via the ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve network outages and system failures
- Document solutions in the knowledge base and escalate complex issues to senior administrators and developers
- Maintain high service standards and quick response times in a 24/7 environment
Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in IT technical support (or strong internship + relevant technical education)
- Solid Windows administration skills (OS installation/recovery, Registry, Event Viewer, BSOD diagnostics, Command Line)
- Experience in trading or dealing rooms in a brokerage will be considered as an advantage.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and diagnostic tools (ping, tracert, ipconfig, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to reproduce errors and identify root causes
- Willingness to work night and morning shifts on a rotating schedule
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) and fluent Russian will be considered as an advantage.
- flexibility to work on night shifts as required for this vital role.
Will Be a Plus - Knowledge of PowerShell or Bash scripting
- Experience with MetaTrader 5
- Familiarity with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, etc.)
