An international insurance company is looking to hire an Administrative Officer to join their Claims team.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage claims files accurately and in a timely manner, including financial adjustments.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider Claims team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records and data.
  • Liaise with policyholders, brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle.
  • Process billings and related financial movements.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure correspondence is actioned promptly.
  • Support data reconciliation and claims review activities.
  • Ensure compliance with claims standards and service level agreements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good understanding of claims administration processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
