An international insurance company is looking to hire an Administrative Officer to join their Claims team.
Responsibilities: - Process and manage claims files accurately and in a timely manner, including financial adjustments.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Claims team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records and data.
- Liaise with policyholders, brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Process billings and related financial movements.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and ensure correspondence is actioned promptly.
- Support data reconciliation and claims review activities.
- Ensure compliance with claims standards and service level agreements.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives.
Requirements: - 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good understanding of claims administration processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
