A payments intermediary is looking to hire a Payment Product Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with payment providers, acquirers, and EMIs.
- Lead onboarding of new PSPs, including sourcing, negotiations, and contract management.
- Monitor provider performance and collaborate with merchants and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Identify new payment products and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
- Review pricing structures and negotiate improved commercial terms where required.
- Research new markets, suppliers, and industry trends relevant to the business.
- Conduct competitor and supplier analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the delivery of the company’s overall payments strategy.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Payments Product Management, ideally within gaming or fast-paced industries.
- Strong knowledge of payment providers, acquiring, and payment technologies.
- Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse business and market needs.
- Technical understanding of payment platforms and systems.
- Experience as a Business Analyst is considered an asset.
