A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join its IT unit, supporting the delivery of scalable digital solutions across banking systems and customer-facing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Design end-to-end system architecture, including data flows, databases, and integrations
- Develop and maintain front-end, back-end, and data-driven applications
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
- Promote modular, reusable, and high-performance software design
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 8+ years of software development experience (banking experience is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience leading development teams
- Strong knowledge of C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, SQL, Python
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
