Our client is looking for a commercially driven and strategic Commercial Manager to join their growing team within the eGaming industry. This role will focus on driving revenue growth across an established customer portfolio, maximising opportunities with existing partners, and identifying new commercial opportunities.
 
The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in delivering commercial results within a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who enjoys building strategic partnerships, leading negotiations, and managing high-performing teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a small team of commercial professionals, ensuring revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Drive commercial growth across existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor team and individual performance against targets, implementing strategies to address gaps and improve results.
  • Manage and support complex commercial negotiations with a strong focus on profitability and ROI.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Tier 1 operators and executive-level contacts.
  • Work closely with internal departments to align commercial strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Define and implement strategic growth initiatives at operator, market, and group level.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews with operators to evaluate performance and future opportunities.
  • Support the Head of Commercials with team development, project management, and strategic planning.
  • Promote company values and ensure strong collaboration across all departments.
 
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a commercial, account management, or business development role within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation, upselling, and strategic account growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage complex partnerships.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Highly organised with strong project and operational management skills.
