The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure across the business, while delivering high-quality technical support to both internal users and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Executive, you will be involved in a broad range of technical support and operational activities, including:
  • Providing first-line technical support to users across multiple office locations via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
  • Monitoring systems and responding proactively to alerts and incidents
  • Escalating complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams or external vendors where necessary
  • Installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining software applications, operating systems, and hardware components
  • Assisting users with system usage and providing guidance or training where required
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, password resets, and access rights across various systems and applications
  • Supporting IT asset management, including maintaining inventory records for hardware, software licences, and peripherals
  • Assisting with the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures
  • Performing routine system maintenance and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Collaborating closely with other IT teams and departments on cross-functional technical issues and projects
  • Participating in an on-call support rotation to assist with critical after-hours support when required
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience providing IT support within an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and general IT infrastructure
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless technologies
  • Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications and hardware components
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a service-oriented mindset
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid Category B driving licence
The following would be considered an asset:
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or similar
  • Basic MSSQL query knowledge
