Fiduciary & Security Trustee Manager (Starting Salary Up To €42,000 + Benefits)
 
Boston Link is currently supporting a well-established financial services organisation in Malta in the search for a Fiduciary & Security Trustee Manager to join their growing team.

This role will focus on the oversight of security trustee mandates, trust structures, and structured finance transactions, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within an MFSA-regulated environment.
 
Role Responsibilities:
 
- Lead Board-level reporting on trust portfolios and key risk areas
- Monitor trustee mandates, covenant compliance, reserve accounts, and debt obligations
- Manage the onboarding and structuring of security trustee assignments
- Oversee capital flows, fund releases, and collateral management in line with transaction requirements
- Act as an escalation point for material risks, defaults, and credit-related matters
- Ensure timely MFSA reporting, TUBOR updates, and regulatory compliance
- Liaise closely with Compliance, MLRO, Legal, and Company Secretarial teams
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and ongoing governance initiatives
 
Requirements:
 
- 3-5 years of experience within a CSP, legal firm, trustee business, or financial institution
- Experience with trusts, security trustee mandates, or structured finance transactions
- Strong understanding of Maltese fiduciary and corporate legislation
- Knowledge of security structures, debt instruments, and corporate governance principles
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
