Marketing Executive (Salary Depending on Experience + Benefits)

Boston Link is currently supporting a well-established organisation in Malta in the search for a Marketing Executive to join their growing team.
This role will focus on content creation, social media management, digital marketing, and supporting wider brand and marketing initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, articles, and marketing campaigns
• Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Support social media and digital marketing strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Assist with SEO initiatives and website content management
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging and consistent marketing communications
• Support marketing campaigns, email communications, and general marketing operations

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or Content Creation
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
