An international investment company is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join their team.
Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and maintain corporate governance documents and corporate records.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial, intercompany, and transactional agreements.
- Support investment transactions, M&A activities, restructurings, and corporate projects.
- Manage relationships with external advisors, corporate service providers, and legal counsel.
- Oversee KYC, compliance, onboarding, and legal operations processes.
- Administer equity incentive plans and related share documentation.
- Support dispute resolution, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
- Monitor legal developments and provide practical legal advice to stakeholders.
- Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years experience in a law firm, investment group, financial services business, family office, or multinational organisation.
- Strong experience in corporate governance, commercial contracts, corporate structuring, and cross-border legal matters.
- Experience supporting investment transactions, M&A, restructurings, or corporate finance activities.
- Knowledge of corporate compliance, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing external counsel, advisors, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong organisational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
