Our client, and international company, is looking to hire a Business Support Associate to join their team in Malta.
Responsibilities: - Support the broking team with deal management and insurance placement activities.
- Conduct client onboarding in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with risk placements and policy administration.
- Prepare, review, and distribute client and market documentation.
- Check policy documentation for accuracy and compliance before issuance.
- Support team operations through data analysis, market research, and administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements: - Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Good analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently under pressure.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to identify when escalation or collaboration is required.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
