Boston Link is currently supporting an international technology provider operating within regulated markets in the search for a Senior Legal Counsel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional to join a growing Legal and Compliance function. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of commercial, regulatory and compliance matters while partnering with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters.
• Support licensing and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Provide guidance on AML/CFT and GDPR-related matters.
• Assist with legal risk assessments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Work closely with compliance, operational and commercial teams.
• Support contract lifecycle management processes.
• Assist with regulatory audits and investigations when required.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments.
• Contribute to legal process improvements and best practices.
• Support business expansion into new jurisdictions.
• Provide practical legal advice to senior management teams.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with relevant legal qualifications.
• Previous in-house or private practice experience.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of AML/CFT and GDPR principles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience within iGaming, FinTech or technology sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
