Boston Link is currently supporting an international technology organisation in the search for a Senior BI Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional to join a growing data and analytics function. The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and driving business performance across multiple departments.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop dashboards, reports and business intelligence solutions.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support business stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting frameworks.
• Work closely with Product, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Improve reporting accuracy, automation and efficiency.
• Support strategic business initiatives through data analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the BI function.
• Build meaningful reporting that supports business growth.
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Requirements

• Previous experience within a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or Analytics role.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with modern BI tools and reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience within technology, gaming or digital businesses would be advantageous.
• Strong data visualisation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
