Finance Manager - Malta €100,000 - €115,000 + Bonus + Benefits
  
I am currently partnering with an established international organisation that is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to lead its local finance function and support the business through its next phase of growth.
  
This is a broad and hands on leadership role, offering responsibility across financial reporting, compliance, cash flow management, operational finance and business partnering. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, providing financial insight and ensuring the finance function operates efficiently and in line with both local and Group requirements.
  
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the month end, quarter end and year end reporting processes
• Overseeing accounts payable, receivables, treasury and cash flow activities
• Monitoring credit risk and supporting effective debt collection processes
• Ensuring compliance with local tax, VAT and statutory obligations
• Coordinating external and internal audits
• Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and reporting
• Providing financial analysis and commercial support to senior stakeholders
• Leading and developing the finance team
  
Requirements:
• Fully qualified Accountant with a valid Maltese warrant
• Fluent in both Maltese and English
• Minimum of 6 years' experience within a senior finance position
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, IFRS, taxation and VAT
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
