A fast-growing technology-driven organisation operating within a highly data-centric industry is looking for a Head of Business Intelligence to lead and expand its analytics function.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced data leader to shape business strategy through analytics, predictive modelling, and AI-driven insights. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will oversee the organisation's analytics ecosystem while leading a high-performing team of data professionals.

What You'll Be Doing 

• Lead and develop the Business Intelligence function
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, analytics engineers, and data engineers
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact analytics initiatives
• Own data architecture, reporting, predictive analytics, and AI-driven solutions
• Deliver actionable insights to support strategic business decisions
• Promote a data-driven culture across the organisation

What We're Looking 

• Proven experience leading BI, Analytics, or Data teams
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Experience with data modelling, reporting, and predictive analytics
• Strong Python or R skills
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Minimum 7 years' experience in analytics or business intelligence
• Minimum 3 years' leadership experience
• Fluent English
