Accounting Officer | Malta | Aviation Industry - On site up to €32,000
 
Boston Link is working with a leading aviation company in Malta that is looking to hire an Accounts Executive to join its finance team.
 
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records
- Manage customer invoicing, receivables, and accounts payable
- Perform reconciliations, general ledger postings, and intercompany transactions
- Assist with month end and year end close processes
- Support monthly and annual financial reporting
- Participate in finance projects and process improvements
 
Requirements:
- Minimum A Level in Accounts
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience within aviation, a Big Four firm, or a corporate services provider would be an advantage
