Boston Link is currently supporting a leading iGaming supplier in their search for a B2B Sales Manager to join their growing commercial team in Malta.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong network within the online casino industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new partnerships, and promoting a market-leading portfolio of Slots and Live Casino products to operators across regulated and international markets.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, engage and secure new business opportunities within the online casino sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Promote and sell the company's Slots and Live Casino portfolio to prospective partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and onboarding
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and successful delivery of products
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and conferences
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline management
Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience within the iGaming industry
  • Strong network of contacts across online casino operators, platforms or aggregators
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets
  • Solid understanding of iGaming products, commercial models and market dynamics
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills with a professional level of written and spoken English
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
