Our client, a gaming company, is looking to hire a Group CEO to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Define and execute the Group’s strategic vision across multiple brands and markets.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead and develop senior management teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee marketing, CRM, acquisition, retention, and player value strategies.
- Manage key relationships with platform providers, suppliers, regulators, and strategic partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, AML, KYC, and responsible gaming requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Maintain oversight of financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and Group-wide KPIs.
- Represent the Group with shareholders, investors, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements: - Proven senior executive leadership experience within the iGaming industry.
- Strong track record managing multi-brand and/or multi-market operations.
- Experience working with regulated markets and third-party platform providers.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including P&L ownership.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Data-driven, hands-on, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Experience in emerging markets.
