Boston Link is currently supporting a leading global B2B iGaming supplier in the search for a Business Development Manager (Innovation) to join their commercial team in Malta.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to take ownership of an innovative gaming portfolio, driving growth, product adoption, and strategic partnerships across international markets.

Role Responsibilities
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead the commercial rollout of new product launches.
• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor performance and implement growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operator partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years' experience within iGaming, ideally in Business Development, Sales, Commercial and Partnership.
• Strong understanding of casino content and the B2B iGaming sector.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages are considered an asset.
