Boston Link is partnering with a leading game studio in their search for a Studio Content Specialist to join their Revenue team across Malta, Gibraltar, or the UK. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded gaming professional to act as the central content representative for one or more studios, driving game performance, operator engagement, and market positioning across global markets.

Role responsibilities

• Act as the main content representative for assigned studios, bridging Studios, the Revenue team, and external partners.
• Maximise the commercial impact of new game releases across the right markets, operators, and player audiences.
• Analyse studio and game performance to identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Monitor market trends, player preferences, and competitor activity to support content strategy.
• Provide roadmap input by combining commercial insight, market knowledge, and operator feedback.
• Represent assigned studios at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the gambling industry or a related commercial, content, or sales support role.
• Strong knowledge of online casino and slot content, with a genuine passion for gaming products.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and market insights into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset. Willingness to travel when required.
