Boston Link is partnering with a leading iGaming company to find a
Senior CRM Executive focused on delivering exceptional player experiences. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CRM professional to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns, drive long-term player engagement, and make a real impact within a growing team.
Role responsibilities - Plan, create, and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other communication channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and deliver actionable insights and reports.
- Develop personalised copy for player communications, promotions, and landing pages.
- Optimise customer segmentation strategies to improve personalisation and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with the wider marketing strategy and business objectives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and enhance player retention.
Requirements - Previous experience in CRM within the iGaming industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the MGA and UK markets is highly preferred.
- Genuine interest in Sports and Casino products with a strong marketing mindset.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English; experience with OptiMove is considered an advantage.
