Affiliate Manager based in Gżira, Malta. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of affiliate partnerships, drive revenue growth, and play a key role within an ambitious and innovative team.
Role responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners.
- Identify new affiliate opportunities to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns to maximise results.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage partnership agreements.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with wider business objectives.
Requirements - Previous experience in Affiliate Management, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience within iGaming or a related industry is highly advantageous.
