Boston Link is partnering with a fast-growing iGaming company specialising in online casino, sports betting, and affiliate marketing to find an Affiliate Manager based in Gżira, Malta. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take ownership of affiliate partnerships, drive revenue growth, and play a key role within an ambitious and innovative team.

Role responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners.
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns to maximise results.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage partnership agreements.
  • Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with wider business objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Affiliate Management, Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience within iGaming or a related industry is highly advantageous.
