Boston Link is partnering with Growth Leads, a leading affiliate and lead generation company operating in the iGaming and finance verticals, in their search for a Lead Web Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and experienced designer to take the lead on delivering exceptional digital experiences across multiple brands, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and marketing teams.

Role responsibilities

• Lead the web design process from concept to final hand-off, covering wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with business goals.
• Update and enhance existing designs to improve user experience and performance outcomes.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, style guides, and best practices across projects.
• Support and mentor junior designers while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
• Stay current with emerging design tools, trends, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Web/UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of digital and website projects.
• Proficiency in Figma (primary tool) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, visual hierarchy, and usability principles.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and structured style guides.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience leading design initiatives or mentoring designers is a strong advantage.
