Our client, international insurance broker, is looking to hire an Account Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage client onboarding and day-to-day servicing of assigned accounts.
- Support the placement and renewal of insurance programmes in line with company procedures.
- Obtain quotations and prepare market and client documentation.
- Review policy documentation for accuracy and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Handle client and insurer queries, policy amendments, and account-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support programme management and service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
Requirements: - Experience in insurance account management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and client servicing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
