An international investment company is looking to hire an Accounts Payable & Treasury Executive to join their team in Malta.
Responsibilities: - Process supplier invoices, employee expenses, and payments accurately and on time.
- Reconcile supplier statements, company cards, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Manage payment schedules, AP records, and supplier queries.
- Support treasury operations, including payment runs, bank transfers, and cash management.
- Assist with month-end reporting, financial records, and process improvements.
- Provide operational support to the Head of Treasury and ensure business continuity when required.
Requirements: - 2–4 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, reconciliations, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build supplier relationships.
- Interest in developing treasury knowledge; accounting qualification or part-qualified ACCA/AAT is an asset.
