Our client one of the most established fintech companies globally with headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus are expanding with several other projects providing institutional liquidity, execution services, and advanced trading infrastructure solutions to professional brokers and financial institutions worldwide.

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth in the broker and institutional segment. This is a B2B sales role focused on acquiring and developing relationships with professional brokers, prop trading firms, and financial institutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor, discussing liquidity provision, execution quality, platform connectivity, low-latency infrastructure, onboarding, and operational reliability — translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value for broker decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and engage professional brokers, financial institutions, and institutional trading clients
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Present institutional liquidity and execution solutions, highlighting value in execution quality, native platform connectivity, reduced complexity, low latency, and dedicated support
  • Identify opportunities and convert business leads from multiple channels to a promising active pipeline
  • Deeply understand client needs regarding liquidity, routing, slippage, latency, platform integration, onboarding, and reporting
  • Collaborate with product, dealing, technical, compliance, and onboarding teams to prepare tailored proposals and responses
  • Provide market feedback, broker objections, and insights to internal teams to refine offerings and sales materials
  • Maintain disciplined CRM presentation, accurate pipeline reporting, and follow-up processes
  • Monitor competitors, liquidity providers, and industry trends in broker infrastructure and execution services
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales or business development track record in fintech, brokerage, liquidity provision, trading technology, or financial services
  • Direct experience selling to or working with FX/CFD brokers, MT4/MT5 brokers, or institutional trading clients
  • Strong understanding of liquidity provision, execution services, broker operations, and the FX/CFD ecosystem
  • Familiarity with MT4/MT5 connectivity, FIX API, bridge solutions, or broker infrastructure technologies is a strong advantage
  • Ability to manage complex, long-cycle B2B sales from prospecting through negotiation to onboarding
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales pipeline management
  • Existing network in the brokerage, liquidity, or fintech infrastructure space is highly valued
