- Providing legal advice across banking, corporate, insurance and financial services matters.
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts, particularly relating to secured lending facilities.
- Advising the business on legal and regulatory developments.
- Liaising with regulators, external law firms and notaries where required.
- Supporting the company's in managing legal risk and ensuring ongoing compliance.
Requirements:
- LL.B (Hons) and M.Adv. (Melit.).
- Warrant to practise as an Advocate in Malta.
- Fluency in both English and Maltese.
- Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills.
