Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automations and intelligent agent solutions for clients.
• Build, test, and maintain scalable software applications with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Support customers throughout implementation, onboarding, troubleshooting, and post-deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and APIs.
• Produce clear technical documentation for implementations, integrations, and support processes.
• Continuously enhance existing solutions while identifying opportunities to introduce new AI-driven capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

 
 
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Experience working with AI technologies, frameworks, or automation platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

 
Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI or Machine Learning frameworks and platforms.
• Experience developing workflow automation or intelligent process automation solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience building integrations between business systems.
• Previous experience in a client-facing technical or customer support role.
