A well established CSP is looking to hire a Head of Yachting to join their team.
Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the firm's yachting practice, driving its strategic growth, service offering, and market presence while supporting the expansion of the aviation practice.
- Act as the lead legal advisor on yacht ownership structures, registrations, acquisitions, financing, and ongoing vessel administration, ensuring commercially sound and compliant solutions.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, client onboarding, AML requirements, and legal documentation, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.
- Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, family offices, brokers, and other stakeholders, delivering high-quality legal and corporate services.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to the yachting team while collaborating with senior management to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
- Qualified Lawyer admitted to practise in Malta, with at least 10 years' experience in the yachting or maritime sector.
- Strong expertise in yacht ownership structures, registrations, acquisitions, financing, and maritime regulations.
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and international clients.
- Excellent leadership, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive business growth and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Experience in aviation, shipping law, tax, or corporate structuring is considered an asset.
