About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to take ownership of the front-end development for a modern, data-driven SaaS platform. The role combines strong technical expertise in React with practical experience delivering embedded analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
You will design and build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces while playing a key role in integrating and customising Metabase Embedded Analytics within the application.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React, TypeScript, and Vite
• Build reusable, testable, and maintainable UI components for a complex multi-tenant SaaS product
• Translate product, analytics, and business requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
• Integrate the front-end with backend APIs, authentication services, and multi-tenant architecture
• Implement responsive dashboards, reporting interfaces, and data visualisations
• Integrate, customise, and support Metabase Embedded Analytics SDK within the React application
• Ensure secure, tenant-aware embedded analytics with proper permissions, filters, and user context
• Optimise application performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, and front-end security
• Participate in architecture decisions, technical planning, code reviews, and release processes
• Mentor junior developers and promote high engineering standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Strong professional experience as a Senior Front-End Developer
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proven hands-on experience building production applications with Vite
• Mandatory: Practical, production-level experience with the Metabase Embedded Analytics SDK — including integrating dashboards/charts, handling authentication, passing filters/parameters/tenant context, customising UI, and managing multi-tenant permissions
• Solid understanding of component architecture, state management, routing, and modern front-end patterns
• Experience with SaaS products, preferably in multi-tenant environments
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect)
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, performance optimisation, accessibility, and front-end security
• Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD workflows

Desirable

• Background in business intelligence, analytics, fintech, or risk management products
• Experience with React Query, Redux, Zustand, or similar
• Familiarity with charting/visualisation libraries, design systems, or testing tools (Vitest, Jest, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience with Capacitor (mobile), Docker, Kubernetes, or real-time technologies (WebSockets)
