An international investment advisory company is looking to hire a Country Finance Lead to join their team.
Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly management accounts, bookkeeping records, VAT returns, payroll, annual accounts, and support audits.
- Manage corporate administration, including statutory filings, board meeting preparation, company incorporations, and coordination with external advisors.
- Liaise with banks and assist with local and international tax matters.
- Support day-to-day business operations, including portfolio reporting, trade confirmations, KPI reporting, and client reporting.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth operational processes.
- Qualified Accountant (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior finance or operations role.
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Experience working within a regulated financial services environment is highly desirable.
- Multilingual skills are considered an asset.
