We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Solutions Specialist to join a growing organisation and play a key role in bridging the gap between business operations and technology.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst or Business Solutions professional who enjoys improving processes, supporting transformation initiatives, working with stakeholders, and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
 

• Bridge business and IT by gathering and translating requirements into effective solutions
• Drive process improvement, automation, regulatory change and business transformation initiatives
• Work closely with Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk and IT stakeholders

The Role
 
You will act as an internal consultant, supporting the organisation in identifying, analysing and implementing process, regulatory and technology-driven improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Gather, analyse and document detailed business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
• Analyse existing processes and recommend practical and innovative solutions.
• Support business transformation and strategic technology initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory and industry developments that may impact the organisation.
• Assess the operational and system impact of regulatory changes.
• Coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements across relevant departments.
• Ensure processes remain aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
• Act as the key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Present recommendations, findings and proposed solutions to senior management.
• Participate in projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Support testing, UAT and post-implementation reviews.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

 
About You
We're looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Finance, Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Change Management, Project Management or a similar position.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, system implementations and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• The ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and clear functional requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

 
Nice to Have

• Exposure to regulatory change and compliance requirements.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience supporting business transformation or automation initiatives.
