This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong accounting foundation who enjoys working with financial data, revenue analysis and reconciliations within a collaborative finance environment.
  
Responsibilities
-Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports.
-Analyse revenue trends and investigate variances.
-Monitor electronic payment transactions, card payments, online sales and other revenue streams.
-Reconcile revenue between operational and accounting systems.
-Support revenue assurance initiatives by identifying anomalies, trends and potential revenue leakages.
-Work closely with internal departments to improve revenue reporting and data accuracy.
-Process journal entries accurately.
-Perform bank, revenue and balance sheet reconciliations.
-Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
-Support the preparation of financial statements and external audits.
-Assist with other finance-related duties as required.
  
Requirements
-Diploma in Finance, Accounting or a related field, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in -Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
-Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
-Good understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
-Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
-Strong communication skills in English.
-Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
