Boston Link is currently supporting a leading professional services firm in Malta in their search for an Audit Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ACCA-qualified Auditor looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements from planning through to finalisation
• Provide technical guidance to audit teams and clients
• Identify engagement risks and improve audit efficiencies
• Manage budgets, timelines and overall engagement delivery
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements
• Apply strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing

Requirements:

• ACCA Qualified
• Strong audit experience, ideally at Manager level
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Maltese language skills would be highly desirable
