The Purpose of the role id to assist the Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

• Assist in the company's compliance obligations to the various laws, rules and regulations, including Banking Rules.
• Support in the maintenance, improvement and introduction of controls to mitigate compliance risks.
• Support compliance monitoring and testing and analysis of the results identifying any deficiencies.
• Escalate appropriate concerns to the Compliance Manager.
• Assisting in the implementation of new tests and/or reviews.
• Support the Bank in maintaining a sound compliance framework, including an up-to-date compliance register.
• Work to achieve increased compliance awareness and maintain a strong compliance culture across the organisation.

Assist generally the Compliance Manager, including with ad-hoc projects or tasks as required.
