Senior SEO specialist International - Remote

• Turkish speaking has as strong preference
• Fully remote

. You will take ownership of organic performance across an international portfolio of more than 150 live properties, working directly with the founder and an in-house development team.

The role
You will decide which markets, keywords and properties to prioritise, shape the strategy for each launch, and stay accountable for ranking and revenue performance. You will have access to custom tools for rank tracking, Google Search Console monitoring, link building, content production and task management.

What you’ll do

• Own SEO strategy and execution across the Nordic, French, Irish and English-speaking casino affiliate portfolios.
• Plan new market entries, from keyword and competitor research through domain selection, site architecture and launch.
• Manage EMD networks, aged domains and hosted placements across a large portfolio.
• Direct link acquisition, including owned networks, niche edits, paid placements and outreach, with a clear view of cost and results.
• Set standards for content briefs, schema, internal linking and editorial quality within an AI-assisted content pipeline.
• Monitor rankings, indexing and Search Console data; investigate performance drops, deindexation and penalties quickly.
• Run and document SEO experiments, then scale the approaches that deliver results.
• Work with developers to improve the company’s internal SEO tools.

What you’ll bring

• At least five years of SEO experience, including two to three years in international iGaming or casino affiliate SEO. Experience in the Turkish Nordics, DACH, France, UK/Ireland, Canada or Australia is especially relevant.
• Specific examples of rankings you have achieved in gambling or another highly competitive vertical, such as crypto, adult, pharma or finance.
• Hands-on experience with aggressive SEO strategies at scale, including PBNs or EMD networks, aged domains, hosted placements or high-volume content.
• Strong technical SEO skills across crawling, indexation, structured data, hreflang and site performance.
• An understanding of network footprints and the risks involved in operating SEO across hundreds of sites.
• Confidence using Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console data and APIs, rank trackers, scraping tools and spreadsheets.
• Clear written English and the ability to give precise briefs to developers, content teams and link suppliers.

Useful additional experience

• Geo- or user-agent-based content delivery and edge deployments, such as Cloudflare Workers.
• Affiliate tracking and attribution, including registrations, first-time deposits and revenue share.
• Keyword research in Finnish, Swedish, French or German.
• Recovering sites from manual actions or algorithm updates.
• Building and operating your own affiliate sites.
