Technical SEO Manager | iGaming
Malta | €50,000–€60,000 gross per annum | Hybrid, 3 days in the office
  
Boston Link is working with a leading iGaming company who are looking for an experienced
Technical SEO Manager to join their team in Malta.This is a senior technical SEO position focused on driving organic visibility, performance and growth across multiple websites, apps, brands and markets.
  
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the technical SEO strategy and roadmap across multiple markets and platforms
• Lead technical SEO across crawling, rendering, indexation, canonicalisation, internal linking, site architecture and structured data
• Manage international SEO, web performance and technical SEO standards
• Analyse ranking and traffic changes, identifying root causes and commercial impact
• Lead SEO requirements for website migrations and major platform changes
• Drive ASO, app indexing, deep linking and web to app optimisation
• Develop automated SEO tools, monitoring workflows and quality controls, including AI driven solutions
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and emerging AI search technologies, including GEO and AIO
• Conduct competitor and SERP benchmarking to identify new opportunities
• Report on rankings, traffic, technical performance and commercial impact to senior stakeholders
• Champion SEO best practice across the wider business
  
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of hands on Technical SEO experience within the iGaming industry
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, crawling, rendering and indexation
• Experience working across international markets and large scale websites
• Experience with migrations, platform changes and SEO recovery strategies
• Understanding of ASO, app indexing and deep linking is highly beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders
• Experience with AI driven search, GEO and AIO would be an advantage
